Making a Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

You can also use your PayPal account to order via the website.
International orders may be subject to a 4-6 week waiting period for funds to clear unless piad for by PayPal.

You can pay by credit or debit card, cheque, cash or we can organise a bank transfer for you. We now also accept Paypal. Your payment can be made to the delivery person in certain circumstances when our Accompanied Delivery option is selected (please check with us for details). We do not offer payment terms or finance plans.When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect you in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping and Handling
We can normally get products to you within 10-14 working days but can achieve this quicker if required -please ask us and we will do our best! In the rare event of your order arriving damaged we ask that it is reported to us within 2 days of delivery.
We normally deliver your goods right away. We will normally send your order to you within 10-14 working days. International orders are generally received in less than 15 days.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Credit Card Security
All on-line payments are 100% secure. Your card details are never transmitted to us-only a confirmation that the payment has been accepted.
All of our new products have at least twelve months warranty from date of delivery, unless otherwise stated. We will undertake the repair or exchange of any item, which is deemed to be faulty.
We insist that your light is fitted by a qualified electrician, failure to do so will result in invalidating your guarantee.
We will only accept returns that have not been installed and are in their original packaging. We also expect the return to be packaged in the original outer packaging that it was delivered in. We reserve the right to refuse return if these conditions are not met. You have 14 days from day after delivery to inform us of your desire to return an item.
